21C-Campaign Analyst-Marketing

•Campaign Response Measurement – conduct in-depth post-mortem analyses on direct mail campaigns, and prepare reports to share with the Marketing Team (analyze list selections, creative, timing, offer, etc.); conduct descriptive, predictive and buyer profiling and measure the returns on investment of different campaigns.
•Provide integrated marketing analytical solutions (e.g. media mix modeling) across customers and channels to improve marketing decision-making.
•Prepare specific analytical deliverables (reports, graphs, etc.), utilizing database software tools.
•Perform regular analysis to monitor the business and identify trends and opportunities.
•Analyze results, customer data and demographics to understand response to marketing campaigns
•Create meta-data, summarize Life-Time-Value, extract, and analyze customer data in order to make recommendations relating to marketing activities.
•Conduct other ad hoc analysis as requested.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

•Qualified candidates must have 4+ years of experience in data mining/modeling, marketing analytics, database marketing, or other data intensive analytical role.
•Experience in data warehousing environment is required.
•Proficiency w/ database tools such as SQL Server, SPSS and/or other SQL based query tools
•Experience with DM measurement methodologies, LTV models and predictive value modeling
•Insurance experience a plus.
•Experience using SAS is a plus.
•Must possess advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, linking to external data, and using VBA as an automation tool.
•Requires strong attention to detail and follow through.
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines.
•Must be able to work independently, and have the tenacity to research and overcome problems.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience working in a team environment and as an individual contributor.
•Able to take direction and work independently towards a goal.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
