21st Century Insurance and Financial Services, a member of the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, has openings for Insurance Sales Reps in their Lake Mary FL location.
Training Class starts 11/30/09.

Available shifts include:
Tues - Sat 10am- 7pm
Tuesday - Saturday 12pm-9pm

-Paid Training (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)
-Property and Casualty license will be acquired through training for the Sales positions

Majority of Shifts are Tues-Sat.

Position Requirements

Sales Reps:
-Sells new business generated from inbound and outbound follow up calls.
-Sells new business generated from direct inbound and outbound follow up calls to quotes and may also work in a blended call environment. Close the sales in an inbound and outbound environment meeting all sales performance objectives in accordance with company risk selection criteria and sound and ethical sales methods and procedures. Maintains acceptable performance levels for quality.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

-1 Year in a call center sales environment
-Property and Casualty experience preferred (license will be acquired through training)
-Knowledge of various inbound/outbound sales methods and techniques
-Knowledge of various customer service methods and techniques, telephone skills and verbal and written communication skills
-Working knowledge of various state underwriting, operational, compliance, individual state MVR &CLUE requirements, sales quoting software applications, sales call distribution telephone systems, sponsored and affinity group relationships
-Strong computer skills; able to navigate between several Windows based systems
