Preferred Skills and Abilities
10 years as an attorney in the field of corporate law and/or litigation and related experience.
•Property and Casualty Corporate experience in Form A, B, C and D filings.
•Draft and review of contracts.
•Experience with DOI’s and state agencies, handling of labor and agency matters and relations, preparation of opinions concerning labor and agency matters.
•BOD meetings.
•Financial exams.
•Regulatory filings.
•Maintain corporate records, minutes, resolutions.
•Manages special assignments as required.
