Opportunities for motivated, ambitious, career-minded, service-focused individuals exist in Commercial Claims. Our Commercial Liability Claims Representatives:
o Are responsible for investigating, determining liability, confirming coverage, establishing damages and negotiating settlements for commercial litigated and non-litigated claims in a multi-state environment.
o Work closely with policyholders, claimants, agents, witnesses, police and fire departments, special investigators, attorneys, expert witnesses, members of the medical profession and all other persons pertinent to the investigation and processing of claims.
o Use the latest technology to provide great service in a fast-paced, flexible, paperless environment!
Candidates must pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a company paid 3 week off-site training course in Los Angeles, CA.
Candidates MUST possess the following:
o Four-year college degree with at least 3 years prior Commercial General Liability claims experience
o Excellent customer service and communication skills and sound judgment and decision making skills
o Valid driver's license
o Computer proficiency

Physical Environment

Education Requirements
Four-year college degree required.
Experience Requirements
External candidates have 90 days from date of hire to complete the Special Claims Representative Certification process and should have a minimum of three years of prior claims experience.
Special Skills Requirements
Communication Skills Personal Computer Literate Valid driver's license Bondable Note: May be called upon to perform job duties outside of standard business hours.
