Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs personal computer systems and other peripherals; provides technical support for client operating systems and approved personal computer based applications; participates in resolution of Help Desk problem tickets and coordinates warranty work with vendors on all supported systems; maintains knowledge of networking technology and protocols.
Position Requirements
Key Tasks for Position Level I: • Assembles, installs, configures, inspects, maintains and repairs personal systems, printer equipment, and other peripherals; troubleshoots network connections. • Provides technical support for client operating systems and approved applications • Participates in resolution of the Help Desk problem tickets assigned to the group. • Coordinates warranty work with vendors on repairs for all supported systems, as required. • Maintains knowledge of networking technology, protocols, and network accounts Additional tasks not reflected in the position profiles can be integrated in the performance management.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
Candidate must have A+ and MCSE certification. 3 or more years of experience preferred.
Physical Actions
• May require occasional travelling. • May require some weekend availability due to software release schedule
Physical Environment
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience or certifications
Experience Requirements
Level I: 2 years of technical Client Support experience or equivalent technical knowledge in an enterprise environment.

Good written and oral skills in local language

Level-1: Able to give information in English and passively participate in team meetings. Understands routing business conversations and written communicates and is able to communicate with few errors.
Level 2: Able to participate in meetings and discussions and give information about own area of expertise in addition to Level 2.
Level-3: Able to actively take part in meetings and conferences and communicate effectively.
Level-4: Able to participate in and facilitate discussions with complex content. Composes reports with almost no grammatical errors and can communicate proficiently.
