Put your experience as a Legal Receptionist to work at Farmers Insurance. We are looking for Legal Receptionist to work at our busy Branch Legal Office in Chicago, Illinois. This is a contract position.
This position offers a competitive starting salary, along with an outstanding benefits package including: medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as paid holidays, vacation, and personal days.
Our Legal Receptionist will:
*Receive clients, plaintiffs, attorneys, court reporters and other visitors for purposes of depositions, arbitrations, and client conferences
*Field and route incoming calls, receive and process incoming mail and packages
*Set up new case files and input case management information into the computer
*Perform a variety of clerical duties, prepare letters and files to go to outside counsel, and text processing work as assigned
Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
* High school diploma
*One year of office experience
* Excellent computer and typing skills
* Excellent Communication skills
* Excellent organization and time management skills
