Gives guidance, communications and assistance to Division MarketingManagers; and through Division Marketing Managers to District Managers,to the end that Life production and PIF Gain goals set by the Regionsare met. In addition, provides advice and assistance on advancedunderwriting issues (e.g., pricing and quotations) and assists with thetraining of Life Sales Representatives.
Position Requirements
Directs the planning and development of Life training courses conductedat the regional, division and district levels.Maintains close liaison with the Division Marketing Managers tocoordinate Life training activities.Provides Life instructions, both technical and sales, at the Regionaloffice and in the field.Works with Division Marketing Managers and District Managers in thepromotion of Life sales to the end that their goals and objectives aremet.Assists District Managers and Agents in all phases of writing andservicing insurance (this includes visits into the field to directlyassists in all phases of writing and servicing Life accounting fortraining purposes only).As a member of the Regional Sales staff, works with Division MarketingManagers, and District Managers in analyzing deficiencies and developingcorrective programs.Analyzes Regional Life operation and recommends corrective programs tosupervisor.Analyzes and evaluates Regional marketing trends, Life penetration andproduct development needs and through the Regional Marketing Manager,makes recommendations to the Life Marketing Department.Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements
Four-year college degree and the CLU designation.
Experience Requirements
Five years active Life Sales and training experience.
