We are looking for a Liability Claims Representative to handle bodily injury claims throughout the Albuquerque, New Mexico and the surrounding suburbs.

Our Liability Claims Representatives are responsible for:
o Meeting with people who have been injured in a car accident, or at an insured’s home to determine what is covered under the insured’s policy and who is responsible for the damage, loss or injury
o Determining the value of injury or property damage and negotiates settlements
o Referring possible fraud losses to the company’s special investigators and indentifies financial recovery opportunities
Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
o Four-year college degree
o Have excellent customer service, communication, sound judgment and decision-making skills
o Valid driver's license
o Bondable
o Computer proficiency
o Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus!
