Analyzing and indentify for compensation and reward measures for marketing group.
Position Requirements
Will perform regular audits on Account Executives as well as Management reporting and compenstion on data. Identify, establish, integrate, execute, and monitor performance measures related to Productivity, Performance, and Compensation through mathematical reasoning, analysis, trend identification, observation and feedback. To be used for benchmarking as well as recommended changes. Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
Must posses strong written and presentation skills (explain logic and reasoning behind the decisions) for executive management group. Frequent verbal and written communication with management specifying clear and precise expectations and outcomes.
Physical Actions
Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 10 lbs.maximum, and seeing.
Physical Environment
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlledoffice environment.
Education Requirements
Four-year college degree.
Experience Requirements
5-7 years in business, compensation, sales or a related field. Exposure to working with sales professionals.
Special Skills Requirements
Advanced Excel skills (working with macros) and Access database.
