Position Requirements
Analyzes, researches, and processes discrepancies between expected system results and actual results. Manage Production Support Issues originating from the Telemarketing Center and the Service Center. Analyzes on-line report systems to identify and reconcile processing in consistencies. Communicates orally and in writing with insureds, prospects, and outside vendors when applicable. Coordinates, researches and processes complex, technical project workand verifies results.Analyzes, researches, and processes policyholder problem referrals. Maintains a thorough working knowledge of established department procedures and methods.

Physical Actions
Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting ofoccasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 25 lbs.maximum, seeing and speaking.
Physical Environment
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlledoffice environment.
Education Requirements
Four-year college degree, or High School diploma/equivalent and sixyears with FIG.
Experience Requirements
Two years with FIG as an Underwriter, Occupational Clerical Coordinatoror Policy Service Specialist with technical expertise of the Policy Processing System.
Special Skills Requirements
Ability to utilize a keyboard. Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
