Implements all active and passive recruiting systems developed by the Business Developments Centers to attract and retain new agents.

Position Requirements

Coordinates and implements all active and passive recruiting systems developed by the Business Development Center Director and Recruiting Managers.Administer agent referral program, recommends referral bonuses andselects target jobs for referral.Implement multiple active and passive recruiting systems to recruitFarmers Agents.Implement tracking systems to monitor the recruiting systems in theBusiness Development Center.Conducts agent interviews and agency career seminars, maintainscontinuing liaison with centers of influence.Recommends any recruiting, interviewing, testing and selectionprocedures changes to the Recruiting Manager for the BusinessDevelopment Center.Perform other duties as assigned.

Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting ofwalking, standing, lifting and/or carrying 30 lbs. maximum.

Special Skills Requirements

Must obtain Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses with in 6months.Local travel required to develop Centers of Influence and job fairsites.
