Ensures a successful agency force by providing motivational entrepreneurial, sales and product education to new and existing agents. Responsible for coordination, implementation and results of training and program education as measured by sales results of agency force.
Position Requirements
Provides a motivational learning environment and experience to agents in both face to face and field learning situations.
Implement Farmers Agency Training curriculum to develop new and existing agents.
Establishes continuous improvement systems that allow knowledge transfer and behavioral development to flourish and respond to a changing marketplace.
Measures agent performance against standards to ensure program effectiveness.
Provides regular feedback to business units about existing programs and development of new programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
**The following is REQUIRED to be considered for this position** -2 years insurance sales and/or training experience. -Must be comfortable presenting information to large groups.

Required job duties consist of speaking, seeing, long term standing, occasional walking, pushing equipment and lifting and/or carrying
Physical Environment
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment with periodic travel to offsite locations.
Education Requirements
Four-year college degree
Attainment of any applicable license within 6 months of hire.
Experience Requirements
Any applicable agency, district office, or training experience a plus.
Special Skills Requirements
Must obtain Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses with in 6 months. Any applicable licensing. Knowledge of adult learning theory and practice. Coaching, writing, presentation and communication/platform skills. PC Literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes); A/V media familiarity.
