Position Requirements
-Manages strategic customer acquisiton and retention partnerships to optimize new customer volume loyalty. -Develops and executes integrated marketing programs with cross-functional teams designed to track and analyze success metrics. -Works with digital marketing agency to develop online advertising plans and establishes individualized volume and revenue targets. -Develops and executes online marketing campaigns. Manages online marketing tactics such as customer acquisition (i.e., paid search, affiliates, online display media and shopping comparison) and customer retention (i.e., cross-sell, email and up-sell). -Manages key vendor relationships such as online display agency, affiliate partners, shopping comparison engines, and media buying company. -Manages budget, coordinates contracts/insertion orders, accruals, etc. -Tests and optimizes advertising creative, landing pages and conversion funnels. -Utilizes competitive industry and business analysis to document market opportunities and define product requirements. -Pursues and tests new opportunities with current and potential partners. -Establishes performance targets for growth and manages and coordinates campaign activity to deliver targets. -Partners with Product Management team to drive marketing tactics to improve conversion rate and/or customer retention. -Coordinates and gains leverage from web analytics team to support campaign analysis and optimization for paid search and customer list analytics/segmentation. -Creates and maintains key reports and dashboards, traffic and acquisition reports, campaign reports, and forecasts. -Traffics all creative material, URLs and other assets to ensure timely delivery to partners.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
-Seven years of online marketing experience with a strong hands-on knowledge of Online Media, Search Engine Marketing and Best Practices. -Demonstrated success managing and building relationships to drive customer acquisition or sales. -In-depth understanding of websites and key levers that impact traffic and conversion rates. -Familiar with creating programs that are stricly measured against quantitative ROI-based objectives. -May require some travel.
Physical Actions
Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 20 lbs. maximum, seeing, speaking, hearing.
Physical Environment
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent or specific relevant experience

-Seven years of online marketing experience with a strong hands-on knowledge of Online Media, Search Engine Marketing and Best Practices.

-Excellent written and oral communication skills. -Ability to take part in meetings and discussions and give information about own area of expertise. -Ability to compose memos, simple letters and short texts.
