We are looking for a Med/PIP Claims Representative to handle Medical and Personal Injury Protection claims out of our Center of Excellence in Phoenix, AZ.

Our Med/PIP Claims Representatives are responsible for:
o Investigating and managing 1st party auto or homeowners injury claims
o Determining reimbursement of medical, wage loss, and other benefits, which may include negotiating the settlement of the claim
o Interacting with claimants, policy holders, witnesses, medical professionals, attorneys and agents who are involved in the claims process
Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
*Four-year college degree
*Have excellent customer service, communication, sound judgment and decision-making skills
*Prior medical claims handling experience and medical knowledge a plus
*Computer proficiency
*Valid Drivers License
*Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus!
