Servicing customers by telephone; answering incoming calls for policy changes, billing and coverage questions.
Position Requirements
Handles routine inquiries with regard to company policies, procedures and product lines, utilizing CRT, reports and other appropriate materials. Researches and resolves issues and problems. Responds to inquiries either by telephone or written correspondence. Act as marketing consultant with respect to customer policy needs. May service policyholders, agents and/or business centers.

Experience Requirements
One year in a call center or customer service environment
Special Skills Requirements
Property and Casualty license preferred (license can be acquired through training). Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of various customer service methods and techniques, good telephone, verbal and written communication skills. Complete required training within specified guidelines.
