Position Requirements
Sells new business generated from direct inbound and outbound follow up calls to quotes and may also work in a blended call environment. Close the sales in an inbound and outbound environment meeting all sales performance objectives in accordance with company risk selection criteria and sound and ethical sales methods and procedures. Maintains acceptable performance levels for quality.

Experience Requirements
One year in a call center sales environment or direct sales.
Special Skills Requirements
Property and Casualty license preferred (can be acquired through training). Working knowledge of varied inbound and outbound telemarketing sales methods and techniques, P and C auto, homeowners and personal umbrella (PUL) products. Working knowledge of various state underwriting, operational, compliance, and motor vehicle reports. Working knowledge of sales quoting software applications and predictive dialer technology and aggressive outbound sales techniques.
