The primary responsibility must be technical design with the ability to serve as the subject matter expert in design and analysis of business requirements to develop parts of new and reengineered applications, specifically in the Accounts Receivable and Credit Card applications.
Position Requirements
-Primary interaction with Senior IT management on the most complex application projects.
-Resource for applications development.
-Work with prototyping and construction team to review user specifications and produce technical design specifications.
-Ensure timely delivery of application and compatibiity with Architecture standards.
-Responsible for overseeing user testing of finished projects.
-Communicate with all levels of management and technical staff.
-Serve as technical mentor for and guide the work of Programmer Analysts.

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experience Requirements
-7 years application development with background in either client server systems, mainframe or web.
-Knowledge, skills and abilities of the Sr. Programmer Analyst.
-Methodology background in case tools, data and event modeling, full life cycle methodology, object or component based design and development concepts.
Special Skills Requirements
Technical knowledge of Websphere IDE technical design techniques, UNIX, JAVA, COBOL, SQL design and operations, object based libraries and design.
