Analyze business requirements and recommend complex systems solutions to management. Projects are large in scope, typically cross-functional and involving combinations of platforms and technologies.
Position Requirements
-Provides high level consultation and guidance to client and development management and staffs in all phases of the development and implementation process.
-Provides comprehensive consultation to business unit and data processing management and staffs at the highest technical level on all phases of the project development cycle.
-Prepares business requirement reports, feasibility studies and cost projections.
-Act as project leader with coordinating responsibilities for staff and other resources.
-Work with business team members to translate business requirements into logical and detailed functional specifications for Application Development design considerations.
Liaison between Business and IT to ensure functional deliverables are of consistent quality and meet expectations of all customers.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience Requirements
-7 years progressive experience analyzing and solving business problems through the development of business applications with multiple application systems.
-Knowledge of system and technology alternatives.
-Knowledge of industry, business, and company.
Special Skills Requirements
-Experience working with Team Track, HP Quality Center or requirements management tools.
-Knowledge of HTML, XML and/or UML.
-Knowledge and experience in full life cycle methodologies.
-Negotiation, interpersonal, organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
-Knowledge of business analysis techniques.
-Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products and Visio diagramming tools required.
