Opportunities for motivated, ambitious, career-minded, service-focused individuals exist in Liability Claims. We currently have an opening for a Liability Claims Supervisor.
Our Liability Claims Supervisor will:
o Supervise and direct the adjustment and administration of liability claims in an assigned area
o Will handle both direct and attorney rep/lit claims
o Participate directly in the adjustment of complex or unusual claims
o Supervise assigned personnel
Candidates must pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a company paid 2 week off-site training course in Los Angeles, CA.
All candidates MUST possess the following:
o Four-year college degree
o Minimum of 3-5 years prior liability claims handling experience
o Experience supervising both direct and attorney rep/lit claims representatives preferred
o Excellent customer service and communication skills and sound judgment and decision making skills
o Valid driver's license
o Computer proficiency
Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus!

Physical Environment
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment, but with exposure to some or all of the following environments when in the field: Uncontrolled outside environmental conditions Excessive Noise Levels Chemicals Chemical/Biological Conditions Moving Mechanical Parts Areas considered dangerous Conditions, which could affect the respiratory system or skin such as: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, oils, smoke, soot, or poor ventilation.
Education Requirements
Four-year college degree. Completion of, or actively pursuing a major insurance designation, or actively pursuing insurance related courses.
Experience Requirements
Successful completion of technical competency exam (external hires have 90 days to take and pass the exam and should have a minimum of 3 years of prior claims experience), interview and completion of Claims Leadership Development Program required. External candidates should have a minimum of three years of prior claims experience. The same time-on-job requirement is preferred for internal candidates.
