Supervises and manages the E-Business Technology delivery group that supplies web content management and productions, landing page/microsite design and development, graphic design and production and organic search engine optimization services for the Personal Auto Group family of websites.
Position Requirements
Acts as a coordinator and thought leader in the areas of: Graphic Design, Taxonomy construction and maintenance, web content management, web development (mainly brochureware pages with limited functionality) and Search Engine Optimization.
-Supports the business via maintaining a content management release cycle and work request system that move updates to the site into production in a timely fashion.
-Responsible for coordinating QA/UAT of all content managed assets prior to deployment to production in conjunction with the technology delivery group members.
Maintains knowledge of and compliance with Personal Auto Group policies and procedures with regard to content governance and approvals (legal review, etc.).
-Represents the E-Business team as needed in collaboration with internal and external technology partners.
-Develops, document and communicates Documentum web publisher template and infrastructure requirements as the websites evolve (new templates, capabilities, features, functions, etc.).
-Responsible for status reporting on a weekly or monthly basis.

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Requirements
7-10 years experience in an enterprise internet environment.
Special Skills Requirements
-Web Development: HTML/Javascript/XML/CSS/JSP, etc., familiarity wit Web Accessibility Guidelines.
-Content Management:: Documentum Web Content Management experience, template development experience, knowledge of Taxonomy development and deployment.
-Search Engine Optimization: keyword analysis, page and site level optimization for natural search, familiarity with tools such as Enquisite Campaign, Linker, etc.
Graphic Design: familiarity with graphic production tools and techniques (Photoshop, Image Ready, Fireworks, Illustrator) and web graphics production and optimization, javascript rollovers, etc.
-People management experience.
