21st Century Insurance has opportunities for Customer Service Representatives in our fast paced, high volume service center. This position receives calls from 21st Century auto insurance customers.
Position Requirements
Handles routine inquiries with regard to auto policies, procedures and product lines, utilizing electronic systems, reports and other appropriate materials. Research and resolve issues and problems. Respond to inquiries either by telephone or written correspondence. May be required to service and provide information on various company related products and services to policyholders, agents and/or business centers. Representatives are responsible for providing quality customer service in a professional manner.
Paid training is 7 weeks, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Property and Casualty license will be obtained through training
Position schedule following training will be: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 1:00 pm to 12:00 am. Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 11:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Shift premiums applies to all three shifts
Preferred Skills and Abilities
The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and previous customer service experience is required. A minimum typing speed of 25 wpm is required.

One year in a call center or customer service environment
Special Skills Requirements
Property and Casualty license preferred (license can be acquired through training). Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of various customer service methods and techniques, Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills. Complete required training within specified guidelines.
