Opportunities for motivated, ambitious, career-minded, service-focused individuals exist in Property Claims. Our Property Claims Representatives will:
o Investigate the cause of roof, fire, and water damage to our customer’s homes
o Estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or stolen property
o Help customers understand how their policy coverages apply to the claim
o Identify subrogation rights, report on claim status and negotiate settlements (has authority to make payment of assigned claims within set limits)
o Use the latest technology, including a laptop and digital camera, as well as a company car to provide great service in a fast-paced, flexible, paperless environment – where you’re not chained to a desk!
Candidates must be willing and able to climb on roofs and access small, confined spaces. They must also pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a company paid 3-5 week off-site training course in Grand Rapids, MI.
Candidates MUST possess the following:
o Four-year college degree
o Excellent customer service and communication skills and sound judgment and decision making skills
o Valid driver's license
o Computer proficiency
A minimum of 1-year experience in claims adjusting or in a customer service based position is preferred. Construction experience/knowledge is also helpful, but not required. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus!

Four-year college degree required.
Experience Requirements
None. Must achieve minimum passing scores on all claims training exams.
