Everyone in the Farmers Claims organization can volunteer to support CAT Corps responses. But the core team brings specialized expertise in property, auto and commercial losses to each crisis.

And we bring technology, starting with a computer logistics system that operates 24/7/365 to track weather patterns, identify likely impact zones, and calculate the number of Farmers policyholders who may be affected. We speed help to the crisis in our Mobile Claims Center, a state-of-the-art vehicle that carries computer systems, satellite communications technology, and basic services…everything from a giant grill to cook meals on to a large-screen viewing system on which we broadcast news updates, photos of “found” animals, and more.
