Are you interested in medical issues? A quick study? Detail-oriented? And do you enjoy interacting with people?
Consider starting your Farmers career as a Med/PIP claims representative. In a typical day, you’ll:
- investigate auto or homeowners injury claims and negotiate settlements,
- determine reimbursement for medical, wage loss and other benefits, and
- refer possible fraudulent claims to Farmers’ special investigations
unit, and identify opportunities to recover funds for the company and our
customers.
Basic training:
- Comprehensive field training, learning from experienced CRs and mentors.
- Coursework at one of the Med/PIP Center of Excellence offices.
